We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals to become part of our residential team at Alkira.
Position Overview
As a Support Services Employee, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care to elderly residents within our facilities.
Key Duties:
- Assisting kitchen personnel with meal preparation and service (Catering).
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Providing laundry services for residents.
About You
We are seeking individuals who are not only compassionate and empathetic but also committed to positively impacting their communities. Previous experience in a similar and dynamic work environment is essential.
Essential Qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Prior Experience in a related role
- Strong communication abilities that foster positive working relationships.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively to meet departmental goals.
- Ability to manage the physical demands of the role.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills and proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in basic food safety and hygiene practices
- Experience working with elderly individuals.
