This role will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of educators to develop engaging educational programs for children aged 3-5 years. Our focus is on providing unique and individualized experiences that cater to each child's interests and strengths.

About the Role:
  • Motivate and lead a team of educators in the kindergarten room
  • Develop lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to the local primary school, and positive community experiences
  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for children, allowing for unique and individual interests and strengths

About You:

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
