To enhance our flagship store operations, we are excited to introduce a new role: Store Manager in Flagship. This role reports directly to the Flagship Manager, on site, and is responsible for the Womenswear & Styling Suites portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, including experience leading leaders and achieving results through others. Proven ability to coach, inspire, and develop capability of people/teams is also essential. A relentless commitment to delivering inspiring customer experiences and the ability to collaborate/influence diverse stakeholder groups and brand partners are also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a diverse team of passionate retail leaders to create experiences that inspire Like No Other
  • Ensure all commercial objectives linked to sales, profit, and NPS are achieved
  • Champion the service strategy and growth of the customer experience in store
  • Ensure team build and deliver effective sales plans to drive profitability, identify opportunities for growth, and mitigate sales risks
  • Analyse customer insights and metrics, implementing initiatives that consistently elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Create meaningful and collaborative partnerships with all brand & concession partners, providing feedback and ideas to ensure Service Like No Other for our customers
  • Promote a thriving team culture, with a focus on achievement, empowerment, inclusivity, and innovation that values continuous learning
