Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic digital leader to set the strategy, lead a world-class team, and bring bold ideas to life through technology, storytelling, and customer connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Digital Growth & Transformation: Lead our roadmap for global online growth, owning all digital sales channels and aligning performance with business revenue goals.
  • Accelerate Customer Engagement & Loyalty: Steer customer acquisition and retention across paid and organic channels. Elevate our loyalty program, ensuring seamless integration and engagement across all digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage Data Insights for Strategic Decisions: Translate customer insights, traffic, and sales data into actionable strategies. Optimize marketing spend and continuously refine the digital experience through testing and innovation.
  • Foster Platform Excellence & Seamless Customer Journeys: Ensure flawless website performance, SEO, security, and mobile responsiveness. Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and distribution teams to guarantee smooth customer journeys from click to delivery.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams & Influence Cross-Functional Partnerships: Lead high-performing digital and e-commerce teams to achieve ambitious customer and trade goals. Partner across brand, operations, and external agencies to unlock future-focused digital growth.
