We're embarking on an ambitious project to revolutionize our Sales Tool, aiming to achieve unprecedented efficiency and consistency in customer interactions, enhance our competitive edge, and foster significant business growth.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Sales Tool Project Team on a 24-month fixed term. As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for leading one of our Agile project teams, facilitating the Agile methodology, and ensuring the team collaborates effectively to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure Agile practices are adhered to and foster a culture of self-organisation among team members
- Identify and remove impediments that interfere with maintaining smooth workflow
- Communicate and synchronise team progress with the leading Scrum Team
- Coach teams in Agile practices and support enhancement of skills and capabilities
- Coordinate overlapping tasks and dependencies with other teams
- Work with the team to continuously improve Agile practices and processes
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business with at least two years' experience of Agile principles (Scrum methodology)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strong business knowledge/background
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Strong data management skills, advanced MS Office, and relevant computer software skills
- Proven project management experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, coupled with experience in QA and Systems Testing, is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau desirable
