About Us:

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an In-Home Care Support Worker.

Job Description:

This is a rewarding career that allows you to give back to your community in a growing service sector. As an In-Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings.

  • Assist with personal care
  • Domestic assistance
  • Assisted shopping/client appointments
  • Transport of customers
  • Respite care
  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Social support and community engagement

Hours are generally Monday to Friday between 7am – 7pm and can include weekends and public holidays as required. Shifts will be shorter in duration with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible.

About You:

  • You will have completed a minimum certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing etc.)
  • You possess strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • You are able to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • You hold current First Aid and CPR qualifications, or are willing to obtain
  • You are willing to pick up a mop and bucket and carry out some cleaning duties
  • You hold Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or are willing to obtain
  • You possess a Smart Phone
  • You hold a Current Driver’s Licence
