Insurance Solicitor Senior Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Solicitor/Senior Associate to join our Sydney Insurance Practice Group. As part of a close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly regarded partner and a broad mix of insurance matters for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities- Direct client access and close collaboration with partners in a strong team environment;
- Supportive training and mentoring to ensure your success;
- Advising top-tier clients on liability, strategy, and risk management;
- Analysis and advisory work, including indemnity and liability;
- Advocacy across multiple jurisdictions;
- Negotiating commercial outcomes for clients.
- 2+ years of post-admission experience;
- Experience in insurance/personal injury litigation;
- Ability to balance legal and commercial considerations in negotiations;
- Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, including advice work;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with clients and other parties;
- A willingness to learn and a 'can-do' approach;
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
