Business Transformation Specialist

The role involves driving strategic initiatives to enhance business efficiency and productivity across various processes and platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process optimization strategies to improve accuracy, reduce cycle time, and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement projects, focusing on system enhancements and process redesign.
  • Designing and delivering procurement improvements to streamline the Sourcing to Pay process flow, ensuring effective controls, SLAs, and payment monitoring.
  • Participating in stakeholder meetings and steering groups, representing the interests of the organization in decision-making and process or system enhancements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in consulting, business improvement, or strategy roles, with advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM, ERP systems, and strong commercial acumen. A Lean Six Sigma qualification is desirable.
