About the Role

The Scrum Master facilitates and champions the adoption of Agile and Lean principles within the Cuscal Limited operating framework. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Scrum processes are correctly understood and followed by all team members, including the Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate process of deciding which stories will be included in each sprint through understanding team's velocity, story scope and DoR.
  • Facilitate agile events, meetings or ceremonies, including but not limited to planning, daily standups, reviews and retrospective sessions.
  • Eliminate environment obstructions and protect the team from distractions and interruptions that may affect the quality of deliverables and processes.
  • Act as Scrum Master for 2 cross functional squad.
  • Facilitate release and incident management, ensuring that all required members are available and can contribute.
