Objective:
We seek a skilled Procurement and Contracts Officer to fill this key role.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in financial management information systems, high-level computer proficiency, and well-developed communication, organisational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities- Monitor and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support by monitoring procurement activity in the procurement mailbox.
- Maintain records, reports, databases and audit documents to ensure compliance with records management requirements, agency policies.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.
- High level of computer proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Well-developed communication, organisational and time-management skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and deliver priorities and workload under tight timeframes.
