Wilson Security Pty Ltd is a leading provider of security services across Australia and New Zealand, seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Security Officers in Adelaide.
About the Role:
- Location: Various locations across Adelaide CBD
- Casual and Part Time Opportunities available
- Security licence holders new to the industry welcome to apply
We are expanding in Adelaide, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region. This growth has created new roles within our Adelaide team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Gatehouse duties and monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conducting building patrols to identify and report security and safety risks
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Responding to emergency situations and providing support to tenants and facilities
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously and adapt to a rotational roster
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Previous experience in corporate real estate contracts is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports and use security-related systems
