Maintenance Planning Role

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing maintenance job plans with necessary information to allow safe and efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution of maintenance works. This will involve reviewing and revising plans as necessary to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance job plans, including schedules, procedures, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Engineering Lead to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in the maintenance planning process.

Requirements
  • Tertiary education in an engineering or trade discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply technical data and information.
