Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and process month-end journals and general ledger reconciliations
    • Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial statements
    • Analyze financial information to identify trends and areas for improvement
  2. Audit Support and Compliance
    • Assist auditors during the annual financial audit process
    • Support the implementation of internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Consolidation and Intercompany Reporting
    • Prepare monthly consolidation packages and intercompany transactions
    • Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for Head Quarters
  4. Fixed Assets and Lease Management
    • Manage fixed assets, including annual stock takes
    • Calculate IFRS16 lease expenses
  5. Claim Management and Others

    • Assist with PO writeback processing and redemption claims
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a tertiary qualification in accounting or finance and 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance. You should have advanced Excel skills, experience with consolidation reports and intercompany transactions, and a strong attention to detail.
