Position Description

This is a dynamic and challenging role within the multidisciplinary team, focused on planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating physiotherapy services in the clinical specialty area of continence, women's, and pelvic health physiotherapy.

The successful candidate will have advanced physiotherapy clinical practice skills, with experience in supervising physiotherapy staff and support staff in the unit/clinical area. They will be responsible for coordinating duties and managing performance, as well as practicing as a senior physiotherapist and ensuring that their practice is in accordance with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct, Registration Standards, and EMHS policies and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid working visa (for fixed-term appointments) or Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments)
  • Advanced physiotherapy clinical practice skills, with experience in supervising physiotherapy staff and support staff
  • Ability to coordinate duties and manage performance
  • Proficiency in practicing as a senior physiotherapist, adhering to the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct, Registration Standards, and EMHS policies and guidelines
