You will play a strategic role in shaping the mobile technology roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure mobile solutions align with architectural standards, user needs, and business priorities. You will own the mobile platform architecture and delivery predictability, while supporting the professional growth of your team to keep our mobile platforms robust, secure, and adaptable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Delivery of high-quality mobile applications within agreed timelines
- Continuously improving engineering processes and practices to enhance productivity and quality
- Mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
Technical Requirements:Strong technical expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and ideally exposure to React Native.
Proven ability to influence mobile strategy and deliver scalable platforms, with experience modernising and evolving existing mobile architectures.
Soft Skills:Clear communicator, able to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
Builds high-trust teams through mentorship, clarity, and consistent leadership.
Strategic thinker, confident operating in ambiguity and shaping direction.
Energised by solving complex problems and helping teams scale with purpose.
Education and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
10+ years of engineering experience, including hands-on mobile development (iOS and/or Android).
5+ years leading mobile or cross-functional teams in agile, fast-moving environments.
