Customer Service Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Peak Trade Casuals. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful candidates will have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, and technology, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment. We offer industry-leading training and development opportunities to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
As a Peak Trade Casual, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple stores within a geographical area, and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Assist with the maintenance of store displays and visual merchandising
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
