Harvest Road Oceans is a leading sustainable aquaculture company in Western Australia, dedicated to supplying the world with fresh and finest Western Australian seafood.

The Opportunity:

We have multiple exciting opportunities to join our Harvest Road Oceans Farming Team based on the pristine shorefront of Albany's Emu Point.

Farm hand positions are currently available in Flip Farm, Intertidal and On-Water Development and Maintenance Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate farm vessels, vehicles, tractors, forklifts and trucks.
  • Support compliance management, including water sampling, environmental monitoring and HSE compliance.
  • Load, unload, move, pack and construct shellfish farming infrastructure.
  • Operate mechanical equipment, such as grading machines.
  • Prepare product for market/transport.

Requirements:

  • Class C Driver's licence.
  • Progressive and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices.
  • Motivation and be hard-working, willing to positively contribute to the Harvest Road culture.
  • Strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a close-knit and passionate team.
  • Be a self-starter, and confident working independently.
  • Willingness to fill in across all operational requirements when required.
  • Pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Possess sufficient fitness level to carry out required tasks.
