  • Prepare mise-en-place as required to support the kitchen team in providing high-quality food and beverages to our guests.
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general WHS practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Rotational roster to ensure adequate coverage and flexibility in meeting the needs of our guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Understanding of food safety requirements and regulations to ensure compliance and prevent the risk of foodborne illnesses.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • MUST have flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings and weekends, to meet the needs of our guests and staff.
