Senior Estimator Role

Pricing civil infrastructure projects is a key responsibility in this position. Ensuring bids meet client expectations requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing project documentation, scope of works, and contract terms
  • Preparing estimates for various projects across Queensland and Northern NSW
  • Identifying risks, opportunities, and proposing alternative solutions to achieve better project outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with colleagues, management, clients, and sub-contractors

About You:

To be considered, you must have site experience in the Australian Civil Construction sector on subdivisions and infrastructure projects between $500k and $20M.

Experience pricing or delivering civil projects, particularly in subdivisions, is crucial. Proficiency with industry-standard software programs and clear articulation of construction methods are also required.
