Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance and a proven track record of delivering complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the origination and execution of M&A transactions
  • Assist in transaction negotiations and legal documentation
  • Provide independent advice to clients
  • Lead project teams
  • Manage and develop junior team members
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/M&A/Corporate Advisory
  • Experience across all aspects of a transaction/investment process
  • Proven deal origination and post-deal management skills
  • Excellent financial modeling skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to express complex issues simply
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
