Ryde, Australia Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs Full time

We are seeking experienced casual Food and Beverage Café Attendants with barista experience to join our dynamic team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and committed individuals who possess high levels of great customer service, self-motivation, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a successful candidate, you will be able to multitask and communicate effectively with other team members and customers.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Barista;
  • Exceptional food service skills and attention to detail;
  • Availability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends;
  • Takes pride in their appearance and personal hygiene;
  • Adheres to exceptional service standards;
  • Holds a clear understanding of both written and spoken English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food orders to the highest standard;
  • Operate the café till and handle cash transactions accurately;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
