Embedded Software Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our global team. As an Embedded Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing innovative IoT lighting solutions.

  • You will be responsible for creating, testing, and releasing embedded code for Connected IoT Lighting products deployed globally.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to design Human-Centric Lighting Solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent Engineering Graduates in Computer Science, Software, or Electronics Engineering who have hands-on C programming experience on ARM-based Embedded Systems.

  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
  • A good understanding of Embedded Hardware and interfaces; hardware design experience is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with JTAG, Oscilloscope, and Logic Analysers; knowledge of Wireshark or similar network protocol analysers is advantageous.
  • Experience with Linux and RTOS or other Open Source Software is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Static Code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube, Coverity) and CI-CD environments following coding standards is beneficial.
  • Experience in SAFe Agile ways of working is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Data Collection (sensing) and Digital Signal Processing on Embedded platforms is beneficial.
