Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and delivered to customers on time.

  • Pick and load deliveries and pickups for customers in a timely manner.
  • Deliver orders to customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Receive and unload stock deliveries from suppliers safely and securely.
  • Enter data into our system and process invoices and receipts accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and enter data into our system regularly.
  • Conduct cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy and safe at all times.

You will also be responsible for greeting and acknowledging customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with sales enquiries and product selection.

Requirements:

  • A valid forklift license would be advantageous.
  • A driver's license is required.
  • You must have experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong English language skills are essential.
  • Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork and computer programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliability, hard work and punctuality are a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
