Production Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a Production Operations role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational planning and business processes, supporting the operations teams in all grape, winemaking and production operations.

  • Coordinating and managing operational plans and production schedules
  • Managing logistics, including contract bottling, booking, transport coordination, and on-site quality control
  • Receiving goods and materials
  • Performing end-of-month reconciliations
  • Preparing and sending invoices and tracking finished goods movements
  • Administrating production-related matters and winery operations
  • Issuing purchase orders with suppliers
  • Managing export documentation and compliance

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in logistics, accounts, or administration in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
  • Self-driven, organized, with high attention to detail
  • Effective planning skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
