About the Role
We're seeking a friendly and approachable Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at our Rockhampton Fair store. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, assisting with sales and stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
- Assist with sales and stock management, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and stockroom organization
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
