Job Title: Casual Cleaner

We are seeking reliable and hardworking team members with excellent communication skills to join our cleaning services team at La Trobe University Bundoora.

  • Available work shifts are Monday to Friday, between 8am and 3pm.

  • It is essential to reside close to the university.

  • A valid Working with Children Check and police check are mandatory requirements.

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service approach and ability to follow directions and work independently.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness by completing tasks such as vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, mopping, and/or washroom cleaning.
  • Following instructions from your Supervisor/Manager.
  • Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
  • Completing equipment checks.
  • Reporting any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
