Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Member, where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and knowledge about our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and recommending products.
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, including local and imported brands.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store operations.
Requirements
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification is required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. We also provide flexible work arrangements, additional leave entitlements, and parental leave policies.
