We are on the hunt for an ambitious and driven Marketing Specialist to assist our Head of Digital Marketing in delivering impactful marketing projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team overseeing multiple brands, working together to drive brand awareness and conversion through online channels.

  • Execute digital strategy to increase brand recognition and drive prospects to conversions using online tools/channels: website, eDMs, paid channels, and content marketing.
  • Develop creative assets (images, video) and copy for a wide range of digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and improve Kaplan websites, ensuring online performance and keeping content up-to-date.
  • Support the wider marketing team on all digital initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate on marketing automation activity.
  • Analyse online performance data to provide insightful reports for the GM (Marketing and Projects).
  • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
  • Provide broad digital marketing support.
  • Aid the Marketing team in enhancing brand awareness and engagement through online channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing-related field.
  • Proficiency in creating marketing assets using Canva.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, etc).
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights.
  • Experience working with analytics, testing, and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush, Meta Business Manager).
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing and/or communications.
  • Salesforce experience (e.g. CRM, Marketing Cloud).
  • Proficient in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop).
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm in learning and sharing ideas.
