We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Uniting Mingaletta. As a key member of our care team, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents living in our aged care home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and mobility.

    ">">

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.

    ">">

  • Administering medication and performing wound dressings.

    ">">

  • Supporting residents to participate in community-based recreational and social activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.

  • Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness, and the ability to live our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
