About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Food and Beverage and Meeting and Events are provided to the highest standards in a timely manner.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be the focal point of guest interaction and responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be well-organized, with the ability to work well under pressure, and possess excellent response and reactive skills to fluctuating levels of operational demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-energy team to deliver excellent customer service in Food and Beverage and Meeting and Events
  • Ensure that all aspects of Food and Beverage and Meeting and Events are provided to the highest standards in a timely manner
  • Act as the greatest ambassador to our hotel, representing the Accor brand and values
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve operations
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Customer service focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
  • Service-oriented, with an eye for detail and a passion for Food and Beverage
  • Good presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a commitment to professional values and the Accor brand
