Laser Hair Removal Specialist Role

Overview of the Position:

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and performing laser hair removal treatments in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, industry knowledge, and certification in Laser Safety Officer (LSO) and Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive information to clients regarding laser hair removal procedures, including pre- and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Support daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or industry experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for health and achieving sales targets.
  • Age 18 years or older.
  • Licence to work without restrictions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • CPR Certification (willing to obtain).

Work Details:
