Job Opportunity: Test Lead for Payday Super Initiative

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has embarked on a transformative project to modernize the Super Guarantee, estimated to yield $5.1 billion in unpaid contributions annually. This undertaking aims to improve retirement incomes for millions of Australians.

The initiative involves extensive collaboration across the SG ecosystem, encompassing employers, digital service providers, gateways, clearing houses, super funds, and the ATO. Key to this transition is the adaptation of systems, workflows, and compliance practices to meet the faster pace required by the new system.

As part of this project, the ATO seeks a skilled and proactive Test Lead to coordinate and oversee testing activities. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day execution, lead a team of Test Analysts, and ensure that all testing deliverables align with project objectives and compliance requirements.
