About the Role

We are seeking experienced Training Facilitators to deliver First Aid courses in Western Australia. As a Training Facilitator, you will play a critical role in empowering individuals with life-saving skills, making a significant impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality First Aid training to individuals and groups, adhering to ANZCOR and ARC guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of first aid principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire learners.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training materials and resources.
Requirements
  • Hold a current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it.
  • Hold a current 'Working with Children Card' or be willing to obtain it.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
