Director of Collection Access and Family History

The Director Collections Access and Family History plays a critical role in shaping the future of Directionshealth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing staff resources, providing strategic direction and leadership to the two units, and influencing and developing strategy, policies, priorities and operational practices and activities in support of AIATSIS objectives relating to the discoverability and accessibility of the Collection.
Key Performance Indicators- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the effectiveness of the units.
- Ensuring the effective and efficient operations of the units.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
