We are seeking an experienced Carpenters to fill a senior role in our construction team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of carpenters and apprentices, assigning tasks, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and driving site productivity.

This is a great opportunity to take on new challenges and develop your skills in carpentry and leadership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Foreman by executing high-quality carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of project timelines and the coordination required with other trades.
  • Accurately interpret and implement site plans, construction drawings, and scopes of work.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-end residential projects
  • Cert III Carpentry
  • Drivers licence (own vehicle)
  • White card
  • Tools
