Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.

About the role:

  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and manage dependencies.
  • Develop high-quality codebases via active code reviews, robust testing, and clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to communities of practice.

About the skills and qualifications we're looking for:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.
  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applied to software engineering workflows.
  • Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and experience building microservices on AWS and/or Azure.
  • Experience with Microservices, event-driven patterns, REST/gRPC architectures.
  • Data and observability: SQL, data pipelines, telemetry for engineering productivity and quality metrics.
  • DevSecOps: GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform (IaC), SAST/DAST/SCA, secrets management.
  • A growth mindset with iterative experimentation—from idea to prototype to pilot to product—with clear success metrics.
  • Proficiency in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
