Technical Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, cloud computing, and infrastructure management. We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated tools and processes to enhance engineering productivity.
- Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions to support large-scale production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and vendor products to support business objectives.
- Ensure the security of critical systems by applying best-in-class security solutions and practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years' technical experience in a similar role, supporting large-scale production systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid understanding of Linux-based environments.
- Proven experience working in large-scale, distributed environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or a comparable language.
- Proficiency with tools such as Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and similar technologies.
- Experience with Kafka and Elasticsearch is advantageous, though not essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
