Internal Sales Representative Opportunity

AWM Electrical, a leading electrical wholesaler in Australia, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Doncaster Victoria. This exciting opportunity will see you delivering outstanding service to customers across the trade counter, over the phone, and via email.

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to kick-start your career in sales, with on-the-job training and mentoring provided. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service experience to customers and stakeholders alike
  • Processing customer sales at the trade counter, over the phone, and via email, including picking sales orders in a showroom/warehouse environment
  • Sales administration duties, including processing sales orders, stock transfers, stock counts, and supplier returns
  • Continually growing product knowledge through on-the-job learning
About You

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a customer service environment and dealing directly with customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and can build strong relationships easily, we would love to hear from you

You should also be hands-on and capable of performing in a warehouse-based showroom environment. Additionally, being able to solve unique problems on a regular basis is essential, as is a desire to build your career with a reputable company like AWM Electrical.
