Early Childhood Educator Job

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team in providing high-quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional learning outcomes.

The role requires:

  • To develop strong relationships with children at the service, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • To design and implement the Children's Program, reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.
  • To maintain a safe environment for staff and children, ensuring compliance with National Regulations and Quality Standards.
  • To liaise with families regarding day-to-day activities and progress updates.
  • To record and track individual children's progress, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements include:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
