Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Mine Planning Expert to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic mine planning, scheduling, designing and modelling for optimum ore extraction.
- Lead by example and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain accurate mine models and plans using Deswik and/or Surpac software packages.
- WA Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate of competency.
- Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering and strong experience in open pit gold mining including leading a team.
- Experience in open pit gold mining at the operational and planning level exposed to mine design, drill and blast, optimization and planning.
