About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Labourer to join our dynamic team at Workforce Extensions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing landscape construction projects according to design plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sites for installation and construct hardscape features, including walkways, walls, and shelters.
  • Plant and maintain softscapes, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Be physically fit to carry out manual handling tasks, working in various weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Manual Driver's License (MR or HR is Preferred) and reliable transport.
  • Prior experience in the same or a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge in all areas of gardening.
  • Professionalism and a presentable appearance.
  • Good time management and ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience working in outdoor manual roles and good communication skills.
  • Experience with tools and equipment is an advantage.
  • Available to work full-time.
Certifications
  • Construction White Card.
  • A Manual Driver's License (MR or HR is Preferred) and reliable transport.
  • A First Aid Certificate (an advantage).
  • Current Police Check.
  • Have a Working with children's check or the ability to obtain one.
