We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing advanced software solutions for life sciences companies.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

You will be responsible for designing and developing critical platform infrastructure components using advanced concepts like threading/async programming.

You will also develop high complexity modules/subsystems for controlling analytical instruments and data mining with intelligent algorithms.

Additionally, you will evaluate and recommend new software development technologies, tools, and practices.

Mentor senior team members, and peer review product artifacts including requirement specifications, design specifications, and code.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Long-standing experience (9+ years) in designing and developing applications using OOP/OOD. Minimum 5 years of experience in C#/.NET.
  • Experience with design and implementation of n-tier systems, reusable libraries, and development frameworks.
  • Proven experience working in a cross-functional team of technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Familiar with modelling techniques like UML to document design and architecture of software components.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Mass Spectrometer and/or other analytical instruments
  • Cloud technologies
