About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pole to Pit Coordinator to join our Mornington depot team. This exciting opportunity offers flexibility to work remotely and flexible working hours. As a Pole to Pit Coordinator, you will work closely with our civil, construction, and metering teams to ensure the effective delivery of our pole to pit program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the delivery of pole to pit construction activities through our service providers and internal stakeholders using Zinfra's digital platform.
  • Ensure alignment with OH&S regulations and deliver an end-to-end service.
  • Utilize standard software and systems, including client systems, SAP, and Upvise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files on the Zinfra Server.
  • Continuously improve data maintenance, integrity, and accuracy.

About You

  • Knowledge of the electrical distribution industry is desirable.
  • A Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) Training certification is ideal (can be provided upon commencement).
  • Experience with client systems and SAP is desirable.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • An understanding of scheduling and planning is necessary.
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence is required.
