About the Role

This Investment Banking Associate role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions, build relationships with senior leadership and decision-makers, and contribute to business development initiatives. You will support transaction execution and client advisory across M&A and capital markets mandates, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Support the execution of complex transactions and provide client advisory services.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch books, information memoranda, and board materials.
- Conduct research to support origination and execution of deals.
- Liaise with clients, legal advisers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to manage deal processes.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and supporting client coverage.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 3–5 years' experience in investment banking, project finance, M&A advisory, corporate development, or investment management.
- DIRECT SECTOR EXPERIENCE IN INFRASTRUCTURE, ENERGY, RENEWABLES, UTILITIES OR RELATED INDUSTRIES IS REQUIRED.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
