About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our passionate and engaged team as a Medical Support Specialist. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of medical specimens and related documentation.
  • Providing exceptional internal and external customer service through prompt and effective response to enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including specimen storage and retrieval as required.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your workstation and surrounding areas.
  • Performing various ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Salary and Benefits
