Job Summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure every order is correctly picked, packed, and undamaged for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Use scanners, barcodes, and serial numbers to locate items and manage stock efficiently.
  • Safety and Security: Safely operate LO forklifts and other machinery as needed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Securely package orders to ensure they arrive safely, and complete necessary invoicing and paperwork for smooth order tracking.
  • Restocking and Inventory Control: Keep shelves stocked and ready for the next order, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Meet speed and efficiency targets set by Supervisors, and perform cleaning and on-the-floor pick/packing tasks as needed.
