Retail Merchandising Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the visual appearance of our stores aligns with our brand guidelines and creates an inviting and memorable customer experience.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with store leaders and regional managers to reflect brand merchandising guidelines, providing regular updates on new or updated merchandising directives, and assisting stores in preparing for seasonal changes in volume and product ranges.

You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to ensure store consistency with merchandising briefs and standards, maintaining high store presentation, and providing in-store styling advice to customers.

In addition, you will develop product knowledge to maximize sales and advise on product combinations that bring styling visions to life.

This is a full-time position with occasional regional travel and overnight stays. If you have experience in a customer-centric retail environment with exposure to visual merchandising and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
