Cost Optimization Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our hotel's offerings are competitively priced while maintaining high quality and reasonable quantities. Your responsibilities will include timely ordering of products, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining competitive quote files, authorizing purchased products according to policies, checking and distributing daily reports and invoices, analyzing weekly stocktakes, and organizing monthly stock takes.

Main Responsibilities:
