About the Job Description

The Helpdesk Technician (Level 2/3 Support) plays a vital role in maintaining high-quality service delivery across the school community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the device rollout process via Microsoft Intune.
  • Overseeing annual device procurement and e-waste collections.
  • Maintaining school printers.
  • Coordinating casual IT support during semester breaks.
  • Serving as the main contact for the Avaya phone system.

The successful candidate will possess technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to quality service delivery.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need to:

  • Have proven experience in Level 2/3 IT support, including helpdesk operations and servicing multiple devices.
  • Possess strong organisational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Display a calm, flexible, and resilient approach when working under pressure or managing competing demands.
  • Familiarity with systems and platforms such as Schoolbox, Office 365, Freshdesk, and enterprise print and phone systems.
  • Working knowledge of Windows administrative tools and mobile device management platforms.
