Prosecution Specialist

North West Queensland’s prosecution services require a skilled and dedicated individual to provide high-quality legal advice and support the region's justice system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing the service and its members in matters relating to court processes and proceedings.

• Provide expert legal advice on court processes and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure the highest quality of briefs of evidence provided by police.
• Liaise with stakeholders to establish effective working relationships and achieve desired outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and provision of legal research, argument, submissions, opinion, and advice.
• Maintain high standards of performance and conduct in daily work activities.

• Admission as, eligibility for immediate admission as, or entitlement to practice as, a legal practitioner in the State of Queensland.
